This 2.5 hour blissful Saturday night session is crafted with one goal in mind - deep relaxation.  

A combination of tranquil yoga by candle light, breathing exercises and meditation all together to help you restore your mind, body and soul to their natural state.  
 
Put aside some time to ignite that spark within, that can be found when we quieten down everything that surrounds us.
