Your Studio truly is wherever you are, the online studio gives you a wide variety of yoga, meditation, challenges and workshops to do from the comfort of your own home, when it suits you.

I love creating new offerings and events. While I am traveling around New Zealand, expect these to be popping up in some pretty inspiring places.

These offerings are always different, from full moon meditations and journaling in historic and grand buildings, to garden tours and yoga mornings, sound baths with reiki, soul full workshops, and events - they pop up when I feel inspired with a new idea, and normally once I’ve done them, I won’t do it again.
