Who is Your Studio at Home for?

I describe my style of yoga as gentle mindful movement, which makes it perfect for:

  • Anyone intimated to try yoga in a studio setting

  • Those of us struggling to get our socks on in the morning

  • Stressed parents, that just want to unwind

  • Anyone who groans getting out of a chair

  • Humans living in a fast paced world

Basically - it’s a style of yoga for everyone. It is not about twisting yourself into impressive shapes, my style of yoga is about gently moving your body, creating mobility and strength whilst importantly creating calmness in your mind.


This is simply feel good yoga from my home to yours.
No elaborate setup, no glam squad, no professional directors, it’s just me, you and yoga

What to Expect:

Every week new content is added to the hours of pre-recorded classes. This could be a new yoga or meditation session or a brand new challenge.

Access to:

  • Library of yoga classes (15 mins - 1 hour)

  • Library of meditations ( 5 mins to 45 mins)

  • Videos of yoga pose breakdowns

  • Workshops (2 hour goal setting)

  • Challenges

  • $35 per month

Yoga and Meditations

Yoga Classes

The style of yoga is gentle, so classes are suitable for all levels and abilities. These are pre-recorded, so you can do your home practice at a time that suits you. From quick 15 minute classes, to full 60 minute classes.

All classes begin with a relaxation and end with a meditation or relaxation. I will give options for all abilities, so you can do as much or little as you want.

Pose Breakdowns

Are you new to yoga? Or are there some postures that just don’t feel quite right? Would you like to know adjustments or modifications for common postures? Are you interested to know some of the benefits of your favourite poses?

Within Your Studio at Home I dive deeper into popular yoga postures and transitions, so you can learn a bit more and get the most out of your practice.

Meditations

GUIDED MEDITATIONS

From Yoga Nidra, guided visualizations and mindfulness meditations, there is a wide range of styles to try. Find a quiet spot, set the mood and get your zen on.

 

Workshops & Challenges & Programs

From 2.5 hour goal setting workshops (complete with a full workbook and journaling exercises), 7 day yoga challenges, 4 week yoga and meditation challenges and a 21 day meal plan (created by a naturopath), Your Studio at Home has a good selection of things to keep you challenged, busy and working on personal growth.

These workshops and challenges are included within your monthly subscription.

Yoga with Bec

Let me introduce myself, I am the owner of Your Studio in Invercargill, NZ. The very proud Mumma to Belle and Sonny and the human Mum to Ollie.

I also happen to be the face you will see in all of the Yoga videos inside Your Studio at Home, and the voice you will hear in the meditations.

Yoga for me is a way to stay connected with the moment, to get out of my head. My style of yoga is gentle, I want everyone to be able to experience the life changing benefits of mindful movement, regardless of age, size and experience. If you are on the hunt for yoga that will have you mastering headstands and shapes that will have other people thinking ‘how did you get that there?’ then my yoga classes are not for you.

Your Studio Invercargill was born from my desire to create an oasis to help people relax. A yoga studio that was not intimidating, where you felt comfortable to do as much or little as you could, and where you felt welcomed and left feeling better than when you arrived. And now with the move to including online yoga and meditation, this desire is still the driving force. I want you to finish each session in ‘YOUR STUDIO’ with one thought “Man I love yoga!”.
