PART 3 - Breathing Exercise

Ideally find yourself a comfortable seat. You will be practicing this breathing technique for 5 minutes, so bring your back to a wall, or sit in a chair if you know you will become uncomfortable.

You will be guided through the exercise, and then left in silence for 5 minutes, when the crystal bowl will signal the time is over.

This is the breathing exercise that you will begin to practice daily at home.
