This guided yoga nidra focuses on the five elements. Everything in nature is made up of five basic elements, earth, water, fire, air and space. By tunin into this elements in regards to our own bodies, mind and spirit, we are able to expand our awareness to deepen our connection to the earth and past our physical bodies.
