Throughout this journey, you will learn how your intuition guides you, and the tools you can use to create a stronger connection and trust the guidance. I will also take you through a beautiful meditative journey to help you receive guidance from a spirit guide around a specific question or topic.
The experience includes restorative yoga, guided meditations, and journaling work.
As you relax deeply in restorative yoga postures, I will give you guidance on different aspects of your intuition and spirit guide channeling for you to contemplate, working towards your final guided journey and journalling exercise.
