What do you need?

If we listen and respect the different seasons our bodies goes through, we would instincivly feel that at times during the perimenopause phae of life, our bodies are calling out for yoga that is calming, cooling and restorative.

This is not a time to fight fire with fire, and go against what you naturally are drawn too.

This restorative practice holds postures for a while, allowing you to sink it and relax.

What you need

As always these are optional, but if you can find something that you can use it will make this practice a lot more enjoyable (look at Prop ideas for suggestions) .
