I am so excited that you are joining me for me, this is the start of something BIG! If you stick to the entire month, you will feel incredible by the end.

Set aside some time before you get into the daily practices, to read over and do the work in the introduction pages.

Print off the intention setting page and the monthly calendar so you can mark off each day as you complete them.

Every week you will have 5 yoga classes and 1 meditation, day 7 is a rest day.
