WELCOME - I am so excited that you have come to have a look into these 4 week challenges. Iā€™m not going to lie to you, these challenges will take commitment, some days they will be hard work, but what you stand to gain from beginning and completing these challenges is absolutely amazing.

Balanced MIND

A 4 week challenge with yoga and meditation

  • A printable calendar and intention setting page

  • Mark off each day, to stay motivated and notice your progress

  • Pre recorded classes for 6 days per week

  • 30 minute (and under) practices Mon - Thur

  • Meditations on Fridays

  • Full yoga class on Saturdays

  • Intention/ Sunkulpa for get you through the entire 4 weeks

  • Weekly gratitude

  • Using power of intention with gratitude for something you want

  • Optional daily journalling

Balanced BODY

A 4 week challenge with yoga, workouts and meditation

  • A printable calendar and intention setting page

  • Classes alternate each day, yoga, workout, yoga, workout, meditation, full yoga class

  • Mark off each day, to stay motivated and notice your progress

  • Pre recorded classes for 6 days per week

  • 30 minute (and under) practices Mon - Thur

  • Meditations on Fridays

  • Full yoga class on Saturdays

  • Sundays is a rest day

  • Intention/ Sunkulpa for get you through the entire 4 weeks

  • Weekly gratitude

  • Using power of intention with gratitude for something you want

  • Optional daily journalling

  • A resistance band and light weights would be great, but you can also use water bottles, or cans as weights
