30 minute (and under) practices Mon - Thur
Meditations on Fridays
Full yoga class on Saturdays
Intention/ Sunkulpa for get you through the entire 4 weeks
Weekly gratitude
Using power of intention with gratitude for something you want
Optional daily journalling

Classes alternate each day, yoga, workout, yoga, workout, meditation, full yoga class

Sundays is a rest day

A resistance band and light weights would be great, but you can also use water bottles, or cans as weights
