Lets start the journey of the Chakras - starting at the bottom.

Flow Yoga

Connect with that inner knowing and wisdom, tap into your intuition to find the answers that are within.

Focusing on the power of intuition from the Third Eye Chakra, this session begins with a gentle yoga session, to get the body prepared for a longer meditation.

The guided meditation allows you to quieten the noise and distractions of the world around you, so you are able to ask a question you are struggling to find the answer to, and listen to the answer that come up, when you are open to receive it.

This is the last session in the Chakra Series - a really gentle and slow paces restoractive styled session, the brings us to a guided meditation.

Our meditation focuses on bringing all of the chakras together.
