The Joy of Movement
Often we get hung up on how we think something should look -but yoga should be about how a pose feels for our body. Adjusting postures so they work for us and not the other way around.
This series of classes has been created so you can enjoy the joy of movement that your body allows. Rather than focusing on any limitations we may have, focusing on how good it feels just to move.
Modifications
Before you get started, here are two videos that include some common modifications and adjustments that you may like.
I also have created quick videos on the most common yoga postures, with modification for each - so take a look at these if you have time.

WEEK ONE
Your practices for this week are

Week Four
WELL DONE!!! You are in the last week. I know it can be hard creating a new habit, but you’ve done it!!!
For the final week, I have added in a 45 minute meditation. I think of this as a bit of a treat (I hope you do to) So find a comfy spot, on a bed would be ideal, get under a nice warm blanket and get ready to relax deeply (or maybe sleep!)
