Welcome to the NEW ‘Quiet Contemplation’ practices.

Each practice is under 10 minutes, and is a way for you to connect with your soul, intuition and true self. By quieting the mind and then working with a Quiet Contemplation theme, mantra or question, we are able to uncover an achievable action to start living the way our soul is calling us to.

I deeply recommend that you use each Quiet Contemplation moment as a jounralling prompt, to move what is hidden your subconscious into the light.
