Mindful Movement


This series of classes is full yoga and meditations that are all mindfulness based (with no spiritual sessions). They vary in length and style, so you get to try out a few new things during your trial.


Before Your Start

Welcome to the world of yoga!!! Millions of people have done yoga online, and I hope that over the next 4 weeks you begin to see why it is so popular.

Since you are new to yoga, I would recommend taking a look at the beginners yoga video (and have a look through the pose breakdowns if you find postures that don’t feel right in your practice)


WEEK ONE

Your practices for this week are

  • 2 x yoga practices 1 x meditation

FIND AND LISTEN TO

  • 61 point relaxation (7 minute practice)


Week Two

FIND AND LISTEN TO

  • 3 part breathing relaxation (5 minutes)


Week Three

FIND AND LISTEN TO

  • Mindfulness of thoughts (10 minutes)


Week Four

WEEL DONE!!! You are in the last week. I know it can be hard creating a new habit, but you’ve done it!!!
