What is Mindfulness? It is paying attention on purpose to the present moment, non judgementally.
However it is for you; pleasant, unpleasant, difficult, or not even on the radar screen .
This 8 week course covers:

Noticing pleasant + unpleasant thoughts
Acceptance + Gratitude
Breathwork
Mindfulness meditations + techniques

Personal reflections on thought processes
Yoga Reset ~ 15 minutes for 15 days
