8 Week Mindfulness Course

What is Mindfulness? It is paying attention on purpose to the present moment, non judgementally.

However it is for you; pleasant, unpleasant, difficult, or not even on the radar screen .

 This 8 week course covers:

  • Perception and creative responding

  • Looking at how you look (or don’t look) at things

  • Noticing pleasant + unpleasant thoughts

  • Acceptance + Gratitude

  • Breathwork

  • Mindfulness meditations + techniques

  • Buddhist based meditations + techniques

  • Personal reflections on thought processes


Yoga Reset ~ 15 minutes for 15 days

Are you struggling to maintain a regular at home practice?

This is the challenge for you! We don’t need to commit hours each day to a yoga or meditation practice to feel the benefits. Just a few minutes each day has a huge impact.

  • All sessions are under 20 minutes
