Full Yoga Classes
Enjoy a 30 - 60 minute yoga practice. All of the classes have been designed for all levels to enjoy, with different options for postures. We begin and end each class with a relaxation, breath work or meditation.
This session is ideal if you have overactive hip flexor muscles (in particular the PSOAS).
A combination of isometric relaxation techniques, block work and breathing exercises has the potential to let the muscles relax more, than just stretching alone.
Neck, shoulders, hips and legs ..... this session has the whole body covered.
Does your lower back feel stiff and sore and sore when you wake up?
This session is full of movements that gently allow you to gain more mobility in your lower back in the morning, allowing for better movement throughout your day.
How supportive is your foundation?
This session I will show you some exercises you can do to strengthen the arches in your feet, to release fascia in the feet, how to modify forward folds to protect your knees and tweaks in certain postures to help strengthen and effectively stretch muscles that protect your knees.
