To help you get the regular practice that you want, but with quick sessions that are easier to fit in.

DAYS 1 - 15

Yoga Reset Challenge - 15 days

  • I have started your series with a Yoga Reset Challenge. All of these classes are under 20 minutes. The reason I have started you with this, is because by practicing daily you will notice how a quick but regular practice can make you feel. Giving you the momentum and desire to commit to a regular practice.


Week Three

All of your sessions this week are still short. You have the last of the Yoga Reset Challenge classes and then we are moving onto quick strengthening sessions as you indicated that this is something you were after. Of course I have added one meditation in :).

YOGA SESSIONS:

  1. Last session for Yoga Reset Challenge

  2. Ab Express

MEDITATION:

  1. Releasing Fear and Stress (20 minutes)


Week Four

You are at the end of the Series! This week you will have two short and strengthening yoga sessions, and one 30 minute meditation. I have added the longer meditation, as I think it is a style everyone should try at least once. So get a blanket, pillow and eye pillow (if you have one) and get ready to relax deeply.

  1. Yoga Nidra (30 minutes)
